The main reasons for cylinder knocking are:

1. The fuel supply time is too early

When the piston of the diesel generator set moves upward before reaching the prescribed injection position, the fuel injector begins to inject oil, causing fuel combustion to advance. The high-pressure gas in the cylinder strikes the piston, producing a rhythmic "tap, tap" clear knocking sound. The knocking sound is obvious when the throttle is reduced.

(3) Poor cooling:Poor cooling will lead to excessive temperature of the cylinder, piston, poor lubrication; Poor cooling will cause the piston and cylinder liner to overheat and overexpand and deform, lose the original normal clearance and pull the cylinder.
