Description
The trackless flatbed trailer is that the flatbed transporter
without track, the main difference of trackless flat car and the
rail flat car is that the trackless flat car adopts a solid
rubberized wheel, which has the strong bearing capacity. According
to the size of the load adopt the wheel diameter is different, in
generally the steering mechanism will be configured. Trackless
flatbed trailers can travel freely on the ground level, even turn
in the same place. Track flat cars have low-voltage rails, trailing
cable, batteries, and other power supply, but the trackless flat
cars are only battery-powered, and the general configuration is a
maintenance-free lead-acid battery, has long using life. Including
electric flat car, there is also a non-powered trackless flat car
with traction hooks at the next of the car that needs to be driven
by external thrust or tension.

This order transport products are large cable trays. The weight of
a single cable tray is about 7.5ton, the diameter of the cable tray
is 2-2.5 meters (trackless rubber-tired transfer carts installs V
type frame for the convenience of placing cable tray).
The process of use: The trackless rubber-tired transfer carts
transfer the cable tray from the assembly line to the warehouse
when the cable tray and cable are finished, which pass two span
workshop and the door of the factory.
Difficulties in transportation: Trackless rubber-tired transfer
carts should be sensitive, the turning radius is limited in 3.3m.
Our technician repeats the simulation of the run route in computer
and lets the minimum turning radius is limited to 3.1 meters, it is
