This utility material transfer trolley type product has two fixed and two swivel casters and is DC battery powered (optional AC powered). They are designed to travel on smooth to semi-smooth level floors(Cement floor/ Steel Plate Ground/ Polyurethane Epoxy Floor). Customization is available for specific applications.

Both the type of utility material transfer trolley and the deck configuration can be customized to suit specific requirements. For example: The material transfer trolley can be attached with hydraulic lifting platform.

Application of the Hydraulic Type Material Transfer Trolley

Assembly line: Due to the advantage of without cable, the utility material transfer trolley is mainly applied in the assembly line, can realize the straight rail, S shape rail, U shape rail, C shape rail, Arc-shaped rail, 90-degree turn rail, crossing rail etc.

Metallurgy industry: With the functions of steady traveling, step-less speed regulation, the utility material transfer trolley is commonly applied to transfer steel ladle, aluminum ladle, lead ladle, steel slag etc.

Warehouse transport: The utility material transfer trolley is applied to transfer heavy material from one warehouse to another.
