Warranty period

The warranty period provided by P as well as the conditions and exceptions to the limited warranty shall be prescribed in a separate limited warranty document mutually agreed and signed by the Parties and such limited warranty document shall take precedence over this Document with regard to the subject matter. In the event that no such limited warranty document is entered between the Parties, the warranty period for the [ Products/ System] shall be the Shelf Life plus the Calendar life, defined as follows ( 1 ) Shelf Life is for the period of 6 months from the time the battery is shipped from h a i l e i factory or, fro m the time the battery is shipped from P factory until the installation and commissioning, whichever occurs first, (2 ) Calendar Life occurs when the battery reaches 80% of the rated capacity after 10 years or battery reaches 3000 cycles, whichever occurs first.
