Fittings are devices used to connect pipes, valves and flanges in a piping system.Inconel 600 fittings are made with high concentrations of chromium, nickel and molybdenum. This chemical composition gives them excellent resistance to all forms of corrosion and oxidation.

These fittings are not susceptible to deformation or dissociation under high pressures and temperatures. Alloy 600 fittings have exceptional strength and excellent mechanical properties.

They have a minimum tensile strength of 655 MPa and a minimum yield strength of 310 MPa. Inconel tube fittings can easily be stretched by up to 40% and still have excellent machinability. These fittings have a melting point of approximately 1413 degrees Celsius and have a long service life. Inconel 600 butt weld fittings can be produced by hot or cold rolling. These fittings are easy to bend and weld. They are available in thicknesses from Sch 5 to Sch 160 and Sch XXS.

ASTM B366 UNS N06600 Elbows are used in multiple piping systems to change the direction of flow of fluids or gases.

These elbows are generally available in 45, 90, and 180 degrees W. Nr. 2.4816 long radius elbows are the preferred elbows. These elbows are available in different sizes for various applications to ensure a tight seal and prevent any leakage.
