Production description of poultry feed production line:
The features of poultry & livestock feed are moderate grinding
fineness(screen hole diameter 2-4mm),moderate curing and
conditioning requirements(pellet mill adopts two layers
conditioners),finished products with big pellet diameter(pellet
diameter is around 2.5-4mm). Four lines of SZLH420 poultry &
livestock feed process is with 40tph capacity, it adopts three
grinding lines, two batching & mixing lines, four pelleting lines
and four packing lines. The total equipment power is around 1400kw.
The construction area of the production area is about
24.5×22.5×35m, it equipped with 3T boiler. The whole line is
compact in design, reasonable in structure, meeting the requirement
of environmental protection, and can be customized designed
according to the requirements of customers.
Advantages of poultry feed production line:
1. Making feed raw materials into pellets can prevent animals from
being picky eaters, which makes sure all animals have comprehensive
nutrition;
2. Feed can have a higher rate of return;
3. Volume of feed is greatly decreased, which makes feed storage
and transport more economical;

Features of poultry feed production line:
1. The feed pellet mill is equipped with stainless steel feeder and
Denmark original imported Danfoss inverter contorl to guarantee
accurate and reliable material feeding.
2. It adopts fully stainless steel conditioner and large open
access door for convenient maintenance. Inside the conditioner,
there are Food Grade 304 Stainless Steel paddles and paddle shaft,
which can guarantee the safety of livestock and poultry feed
pellets. There are single-conditioner feed pellet mill and
double-conditioner feed pellet mill. Single conditioner type is
usually for making poultry feed pellets, while double-conditioner
type can make better pellets
3. Stainless steel feeding pipe, door cover and scaleboard, which
are beautiful and anti-corrosion.
4. Ring die feed pellet mills adopt dual-motor V-belt drive system
to achieve ideal transmission ratio, high driving torque, steady
transimmison, main shaft long service life, brief structure, easy
maintenance and low maintenance cost.
5. The support sleeve of main shaft and main case is lined with
brass bush to prevent occlusion and is easy to dissassembly.
6. Ring die feed pellet mill adopts automatic grease adding system.
