Two-stage vacuum extruder is a new type brick-making equipment,
designed and manufactured by our company, benefiting from advanced

It is of whole steel structure with main parts cast of
high-abrasion alloy by high frequency heat treatment technology.
Fearturing reasonable structure, heavy-duty, energy saving, high
efficiency and easy maintenance, it is more suitalbe for
manufacturing cell bricks and solid bricks with shale, coal gangue
and fly ash.
2. Product features:
1. The automatic red clay brick machine is used to produce large
holes, large cross-section solid bricks and hollow bricks with
various hole sizes, and is suitable for a variety of materials.
2.Automatic Brick Making Machine has the characteristics of novel
structure, advanced technology, high extrusion pressure, high
output and high vacuum. Controlled by pneumatic clutch, it is
sensitive, convenient and reliable.
3. After being extruded from the lower auger into the fuel tank,
the soil and other raw materials are cleaned by vacuum. When the
machine model is different, various specifications of porous bricks
can be produced.
