Extrusion Blow Molding Machine DMB-1000L
DMB-1000L extrusion blow molding machine is suitable for producing
500-1000L IBC Tanks. Equipped with special designed screw suitable
for UHMWPE material, with uniform plastication, and no temperature
rise, which shorten the IBC tank forming cycle. It’s production
capacity can reach over 500pcs/day.
Manufacturing IBC tanks, changing color is a common procedure,
using our special designed die head, you can shorten the color
changing time, save power energy. One IBC tank use 8kw electricity.
The whole blow molding machine is equipped with bilingual operation
panel and automatic configuration from world famous brands to
realize the advantages of simple operation and high automation.

High Quality Blow Molding mould
It needs to be cooled fast and uniformly when the IBC tank is
shaped.Because the IBC is large volume and wide single area.In
order to ensure that the product will not be deformed after thermal
forming. There is a higher requirements on mold design and use.
First of all, the mold should be cooled fast and the heat transfer
on the cooling surface should be uniform. Aluminium was the best
choice;The cutting material is high quality die steel, equipped
with cooling water channel. Longer service life, can guarantee more
than two million times. The advantage:
- The embedded water pipes of aluminum castings are evenly
distributed, with large waterway diameter to guarantee cooling
effect. Cutting edge design has cooling channel, to ensure good
cooling effect of mold.
- Take cooling water with the needle to ensure good cooling at the
outlet. The liquid inlet is inlaid with an independent cooling
channel to ensure a good cooling effect of the thread at the inlet.
- The knife edge plate which inlaid around the slide block is unique
in design, which reduces the joint marks on the products and makes
the products beautiful in appearance.
