Performance introduction:
FZ-2 is the latest generation of full-automatic anti-corrosion
rotary pressure inclined mouth bottle capping machine, which is the
first of the most advanced generation of capping machine in our
company with years of practice and research. It has realized
automatic production of inclined mouth bottle capping and played a
key role in product quality, manual strength and speed of capping.
The machine adopts PLC control, automatic bottle cap management,
automatic upper outer cap, automatic screw cap. High qualification
rate, no need to change accessories, simple operation, high
stability.
Major function:
◆ It is suitable for different bottle type gland, and can be
switched in a short time.
◆ Rotary transmission is adopted, and two groups of cover rolling
wheels are used to tighten the cover, so as to improve the
qualified rate of tight cover.
◆ According to the size of the cover, the automatic Liding adopts
the vibration Liding method.
