The cold rolling steel bar ribbed machine is to roll surface of steel round bar to form three crescent sides.

Raw material is hot-rolled low carbon steel round bar.

1. Gearbox Reducer, large torque, low noise, durable.

2. Advanced frequency inverter technology, can save 40-60% of electricity consumption.

3. The line speed can be up to 90 meters per minute, improve production efficiency.

4. Technology applied on the vibration aging process, eliminating the pre-stressing.

Rolling mill and speed:

If the reduced diameter is less then 1mm, only need to use single rolling mill-6pcs rolling wheels. (For example, inlet round wire 8.5-9mm, outlet ribbed wire 8mm.) But the wire reducing and ribbing are doing on one rolling mill machine, the rolling speed is max.90m/min.

If the reduced diameter is more than 1mm, less than 2mm, need to use two rolling mills-12pcs rolling wheels. (For example, inlet round wire 9-10mm, outlet ribbed wire 8mm.) The wire reducing and ribbing are doing at 2 rolling mill machines, the rolling speed can be up to max.120m/min.

Process:

Raw material–Spool off–Sheller–Dry Lubrication–NO.1 rolling mill machine for reducing–Coiling.
