Skid Conveyor Series
The HQ skid conveyor developed by Kinte is a combined conveying
system composed of various independent conveying units such as
power roller bed, translation roller bed, rotary table, lifting
table, translation machine, chain conveyor, etc. The sled body
carrying the transported items relies on the friction of the roller
or the chain to realize complex functions such as storage, forward,
backward, translation, lifting and rotation. It has the
characteristics of flexible maneuvering, convenient combination,
stable operation, and compact layout. Ideal transport equipment for
large objects, painting and assembly.
The skid conveying system is a complex combined conveying system
composed of a variety of standard unit modules. The body of the
conveying object or the friction of the bar realizes the functions
of advancing, retreating, translation, lifting, accumulating and
rotating. The cleaning conveying system has the characteristics of

Composition of Power Roller System
Roller bed: consists of frame, roller set, driving device, chain or
belt drive
Rotary roller bed: It consists of a rotary table and a roller bed,
and the rotary track is made of steel and aluminum profiles
Lifting trundle bed: composed of lifting device and trundle bed
Electric moving machine: composed of a moving device and a roller
bed
Double chain moving machine: composed of frame, head and tail
wheels, chain and driving device
Product release chain: double chain or single chain structure,
using chain or belt conveyor
Process chain: double chain structure, using chain conveyor
Elevator: chain lifting plus chain or roller bed in and out
conveying
Electric control system: system partition, centralized control
