Taking the transmission device of the automobile side panel
assembly as an example, its structure and working principle will be
analyzed in detail below.
The transmission device of the side panel assembly line of a
certain vehicle type adopts a four-station reciprocating rod
device, which can realize horizontal and vertical movement. The
structure and function of each sub-assembly are analyzed as
follows.
Jacking frame
This structure is the "jacking frame" directly connected with the
jacking device, which is one of the important components of the
whole transmission device, and it can be lifted and lowered freely
with the jacking device.
The supporting platform (1)(2)(3) is connected with the connecting
plate so that several independent frames form a complete line, and
the driven cylindrical gear bar and auxiliary thrust cylinder in
the jacking device are directly matched with each supporting
platform to ensure its vertical In addition, some auxiliary devices
(to be mentioned later) are installed on it, and the drive unit is
also installed on the support table (3);
In addition to forming the whole line, the connecting plate also
mainly plays the role of supporting the guiding rolling device and
the travel switch: the guiding rolling device is distributed on the
entire connecting plate, which mainly plays a guiding role for the
moving skateboard; the connecting rod mainly plays the role of
strengthening the rigidity of the connecting plate.
