Scope of Supply: This project is a turnkey project, which covers
overall design, manufacturing, transportation, installation,
commissioning, training, accompanying service, after-sales service,
and provides relevant technical information. After negotiation,
both parties agree to sign this technical agreement. Newly built
one automatic B40 welding line for the left and right sides, and
reconstructed the on-site air EMS transportation and the original
part of the fixture tooling on the ground.

3. Based on the Shuangjun electronic control standard established
by SIEMENS SICAR;
4. Based on the application specifications and standards
established by KUKA robots;

Analysis on the structure and working principle of the transmission
device of the automobile welding production line
Taking the transmission device of the automobile side panel
assembly as an example, its structure and working principle will be
analyzed in detail below.
The transmission device of the side panel assembly line of a
certain vehicle type adopts a four-station reciprocating rod
device, which can realize horizontal and vertical movement. The
structure and function analysis of each sub-assembly is as follows:
Synchronous rack device and jacking device
Working principle: The cylinder drives the "active gear" in the
jacking device to rotate through the "active cylindrical gear bar",
thereby driving the "driven cylindrical gear bar" to move, and
indirectly pushing the "jacking frame" to move up and down,
realizing the horizontal movement to The conversion of the vertical
movement achieves the purpose of freely lifting the side panel of
the vehicle body. In addition, the part 6 (support guide cylinder)
in the synchronous rack device mainly plays the role of guiding and
ensuring that the active cylindrical gear bar is always meshed with
the driving gear in the jacking device; part 5 (anti-rotation angle
iron) mainly plays the role of preventing the active cylindrical
gear The role of the gear bar rotation. Part 1 (auxiliary thrust
cylinder) in the jacking device mainly plays the role of equalizing
vertical motion thrust.
