The top shelves of these metal-shelf utility carts have a flush
surface that allows items to slide onto or off of the shelves when
the carts are being loaded and unloaded. The carts' bottom shelves
have a short lip that stops items from falling off the cart. Heavy
items don't have to be lifted very far to clear the shelves' short
lip.
