A4: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is
15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to
quantity.
Q5. Can I have a sample order for aluminum profile?
A5: We welcome sample order to test and check quality. we have 100%
test before delivery
Q6. What is your terms of payment?
A6: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the
photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q7:Do you make customized products based on our design drawings?
A7: Yes, we are a professional aluminum factory with an experienced
engineering team more than 10 people, to make custom products
according to clients’ drawings.
Q8: Will my drawing be safe after you get it?
A8: Yes, we will not release your design to any third party unless
with your permission. And we can sign the NDA before you send the
drawing if you need.
Packaging Details:
1) Plastic bag or PE foam for each curved aluminum tube,
2) 10 or more pieces packed in a paper or plastic bag ,outer 5
layer box or wooden pallet.
3) Customized packing is acceptable
