Summarization: SSGT tubes are coated with clot activator and gel for serum separation. They are used for serum determinations in chemistry and for clinical biochemistry and immunology. The obvious characteristic of SSGT tube is used to obtain high-quality serum specimen for medical laboratories.

Usage: After blood collection in SSGT ,please reverse the tubes 3-5 times for mixing blood and gel fully. When the blood completely solidified (about 15-30 minutes or so), please put SSGT tube in the centrifugal machine. The centrifuge speed should be guaranteed to be at 3000-3800r/min, and the centrifuge is 10-15 minutes, then the required serum can be obtained. The tube can be directly implanted into an automatic biochemical analyzer for biochemical detection.
