The worker is measuring size of groove roller.
The material of block can be cast steel.
The block adopt re-tempering treatment after the rough processing.
The inner surface of block is spray welding with wear-resisting
piano wire, sprayed with tungsten carbide, re-tempering treatment
after grinding. The work surface rigidity is no less than HRC62.
Inside surface of the block is sprayed with aluminum. The narrow
gap water cooling is adopted for the inside of block, the cooling
water can be cycle used. The outside of the block adopt cyclic air
cooling.
