High Efficiency Anti-Corrosion Automatic Chemical Dosing System
The dosing device is configured in the mixing tank according to the
required reagent concentration, and is put into the solution tank
after being stirred evenly by the agitator, and the prepared
solution is delivered to the dosing point or the system by the
metering pump. The complete set of dosing device has the
characteristics of compact structure, simple safety and easy
operation. The dosing device can also carry out targeted design,
configure necessary components and realize automatic remote control
and other functions according to the requirements of different
process flows of users.
Classification
Dosing device is also called dosing system and dosing equipment.
The dosing device is a complete set of devices that inject chemical
solution into various systems according to the process flow. The
device can be divided into three categories according to the
application situation.
1. Oilfield dosing device. It is mainly used to inject flocculants,
scale inhibitors, corrosion inhibitors, demulsifiers and other
chemicals into the wellhead and other systems on the platform
during oil production.
2. Boiler dosing device. It can be used for adding ammonia and
hydrazine to boiler feed water, condensate water, shutdown
protection, and phosphate to steam boiler, mainly for power plants
and power stations.
3. Water treatment dosing device. In the process of water
treatment, add chemicals to tap water, waste water and sewage. It
is mainly used for water supply and drainage treatment,
environmental protection and other technological processes. Such as
waterworks, hotels, restaurants, swimming pools, sewage treatment
plants, etc.
