Safety roller barrier is a fixture that prevents drivers and

The safety roller barrier is a new product. It is assembled with PU
/ EVA rollers and galvanized steel post and beams. The roller
barrier differs from the w beam guardrail in the way it functions
because It can absorb shock and lead vehicle to the road direction
by roller, to prevent large accidents, whilst the W beam does not.
The roller barrier is as well lighter and easier to install than w
beam guardrail and it would be easier for recovery after attachment
and easier to repair.
The guardrail is composed of columns, rotating cylinder, u-beam and
connecting parts. All steel components are treated with hot-dip
galvanized anti-rust treatment.The vertical column is separated by
1m or 0.7m, and two rotating cylinders are installed on each
vertical column. This rotating cylinder takes EVA as the main
material, and 17 auxiliary materials such as PE and related
chemical additives are added.Continuous working temperature is
between 60 ° and 70 °. These kinds of guardrails are usually
installed on the ramp, continuous downhill and curved road of the
expressway. When a vehicle hits a guardrail, the rotation function
of the rotating cylinder itself and the good resilience of the
cylinder body can greatly reduce the injury degree of the vehicle
and the driver, and play a good protective role.There is a
reflective strip on the rotating cylinder, and the evening star
stone can reflect the outline of the route better through the light
irradiation, which can play a good line of sight induction effect
on the vehicle and further guarantee the safety of the vehicle.
Component details
The guardrail consists of uprights, EVA rotating barrels, U-shaped
beams and connectors. All steel components are treated with hot-dip
galvanizing to prevent rusting. The vertical pillars are separated
by 1 meter or 0.7 meters, and two rotating barrels are installed on
each vertical pillar.
Features of highway safety roller barrier
The rotating barrel is made of EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate
copolymer) as the main material, added by more than 30 kinds of
auxiliary materials such as PE (polyethylene) and related chemical
additives, and was produced under a certain temperature and
pressure. With high flexibility and resilience, and also with high
temperature resistance, continuous working temperature between -30
°C and 70 °C. Reflective strips are attached to the rotating
barrel. When driving at night, through the illumination of
head-lights, it can better reflect the outline of the route, play a
better sight-inducing role for the vehicle, improving driving
safely.
