No matter if you need to pump wastewater, sludge, contaminated
flood water or extinguishing water: you can rely on the power of
the Accuvon rotary lobe pumps when you need to. The mobile units
with diesel motor drive are compact and reliable; they provide
everything that is important for mobile applications along with
conveying capacities up to 4000m3/h (7,600 l/min) and pressures up
to 25 bar. For you, this means maximum independence and
reliability.
Dependable and easy to use
Thanks to their well-planned design, the mobile pump units are easy
to operate. The space-saving powershift transmission is
electrically operated. The overload protection integrated into the
drive train ensures the necessary security, e.g. in case of
blockages.
The control provides a central location for setting and monitoring
all of the important parameters, such as speed, fuel consumption
and level, coolant level and temperature, oil pressure, battery
charge. And the modern diesel motors meet even the strict Stage V
emissions standard requirements.
Customized equipment package
Space-saving storage for suction and pressure hoses allows easy
accessibility. Other accessories can be stored securely in cleverly
arranged transport boxes. Designed to pivote, the connectors can be
adapted specifically to individual application conditions. An
adapter system allow to connect the pump quickly and easily with
all common hose coupling types
Solid base
The rigid base is the central carrier unit. It can be transported
easily with a lift truck or crane and combined with any chassis or
trailer, e.g. with a fixed box, a trailer with a tarp, or on a
platform trailer. The space-saving tank integrated into the frame
has a capacity of 180 l and ensures a low center of gravity.
