Self priming, Submerged lobe pumps and crusher Duo Pack
A waste disposal plant specialized on the acceptance and collection
of waste from industry, trade and local authorities, requiring
special supervision. This hazardous waste is reused, recycled or
disposed of in the companies’ treatment plants.
Dissolvent residues and lacquers are collected in a basin. These
inflammable mediums contain solids. The solids have to be grinded
to resell the highly inflammable materials for further energy
recovery. The company uses a Accuvon pump and Crusher combination
for this purpose. The Accuvon Duo Pack is settled on the ground of
the basin, which is filled with dissolvent residues and colours.
The Accuvon rotary lobe pump circulates the medium steadily through
the Crusher. This way, the solids will be grinded. The rotary lobe
pump as well as the Crusher have been constructed EX compliant, as
the basin is declared to be hazardous location.
The operator of the waste disposal plant is very satisfied with the
Accuvon Duo Pack. The customer is not also convinced of the
excellent chopping result, but also of the long durability of the
Accuvon products.
