Product Overview
Accuvon Rubber Rotary Lobe pump are super self-priming. This
positive displacement is similar to a gear pump, but the lobes
don't touch each other and turn independently. Lobe pumps are
utilized for transfer liquid of various viscosity and air/water
mixture.
The feature a robust design (in between bearing support), that
enable operation operation at high pressure and low vibration.
Intermediate isolation chamber, ensure the gearbox are isolated
from medium, even if there a leak.
Built-in gear reducer is optional, for space saving.
Material: Cast iron/Cast steel/Stainless steel and various polymer.

Features:
Gas-liquid two-phase seal technology: it adopts the special
mechanical seal developed by famous domestic mechanical seal
experts, with unique sealing surface structure, sufficient
lubrication, no air resistance, and sufficient cooling medium
convection, which can effectively prevent dry grinding, high
temperature, cracking and failure of sealing surface, and ensure
the normal operation of pump unit. No clogging, strong passability:
ordinary plastic bags, woven bags, sand, mud, hair and other sundry
will not affect the use of the pump.
Structure:
The whole body uses the stainless steel materials, equipping with
common or anti-explosion electric motor. It's suitable for
conveying liquid materials in various places and makes sure the
production procedure in accordance with GMP quality standard
