Product Description

PFA is the copolymer of TFE and PPVE, with excellent chemical stability. electrical insulating property, age resistance and low friction. Its high temperature mechanical property is much higher than PTFE and can be processed as common thermoplastics.

Grades and Technical parameters

Application:

SF-3101: Can be used to make pipes, pumps, valves, plates, tank lining, diaphragm, joints and bearing parts.

SF-3102: Mainly used for pipe, wire insulation layer, film, and various electronic components.

SF-3103: For extruding process, can manufacture cable insulation wire, multi-core cable sheath, etc.

SF-3104: Mainly used for the aerospace industry, chemical industry, faster cable extrusion, more economical for places that do not need high stress cracking.

Physical and chemical properties:

Translucent particles or white powder .Molecular weight is 200000-500000, melting point is 300-310 ℃, friction coefficient is 0.05 (static friction coefficient, and steel grinding), specific gravity is 2.12-2.17, and melting index is 0.8-30. Long term use temperature 260 ℃.

Packing, Storage & transportation:

The product is packaged in polyethylene plastic bags and then packaged in cardboard boxes with a net weight of 25 kg per box.
