(l) The AC power supply circuit (including the gate knife switch, the lead stator winding) has a phase power failure, resulting in single-phase start-up.

(2) The power supply voltage is too low.

(3) The excessive wear of the bearing makes the rotor close to the side of the stator, resulting in the stator and the rotor being discentric and the air gap being uneven.
