Ultrasonic welding horn is the general name of all ultrasonic transmitters, it is used to couple the ultrasonic waves generated by the transducer to the processed. As the horn generates ultrasonic waves, the horn also resonates, the natural resonance frequency of the horn should match the vibrator. What's more, the amplitude should be uniform, and the shape of the end face should be suitable for the shape of the tool being welded.

SKD11 steel: applied in ultrasonic steel horn manufacturing, it's mainly used in the ultrasonic cutting field.

Titanium Alloy: applied in continuous vibration machines. with high tenacity, good heat conduction performance, but with extremely high production cost.
