The ultrasonic converter is the core component of the ultrasonic vibration system, it converts the high-frequency electrical energy generated by the ultrasonic generator into mechanical vibration energy, and via booster, it amplifies the amplitude and energy accumulation, and finally reaches to we welding horn so as to finish the plastic welding purpose.

There are mainly two types of ultrasonic converter, the converter we are using is the type of piezoelectric ceramic, the converter material is aluminum, and the booster could be titanium or aluminum, using an American-style screw. The ultrasonic converter K&M tech provides could be used for the replacement of the Brandson type converter, and they are very popular with European & American clients.

Usually, we don't limit a MOQ for testing, just decide the QTY by yourself.
