About CardioServ defibrillator

CardioServ is a lightweight portable defibrillator with an integrated ECG monitor and recorder.

This device is intended for external and internal defibrillation.

It can be used for both semi-automatic defibrillation and manual defibrillation. In addition, CardioServ can monitor heart rate with adjustable alarm limits.

CardioServ can be extended with a transcutaneous pacemaker and/or an SpO2 measurement system that also monitors the SpO2 reading.

The device is easy and convenient to use. Three surgical steps are sufficient to apply a defibrillation shock. The screen can be rotated 180° to allow users to view information when the device is in a vertical position.

Defibrillation can be performed using standard paddles, internal paddles, and electrodes.

In addition to AC power, the defibrillator can also operate on batteries with a rechargeable battery and a 12-volt emergency vehicle power source.

CardioServ comes with three memories, the contents of which can be saved separately:

– Text repository (code summary document)

- Event memory (ECG 16 seconds)

- Trend memory (HR, SpO2, 45-minute, 9-hour trend graph)

The built-in recorder starts automatically or manually.

Extensive safety precautions have been taken to protect patients and users from accidental defibrillation shocks. The current-discharge curve is about half a sine wave with periodic decay. The figure below shows the discharge curves of various external resistors.

CardioServ works on:

– Mains connection (95 to 240 V, 49 to 65 Hz)

– Battery-operated (rechargeable battery), i.e. independent of the power cable

– 12V emergency vehicle power supply (with optional defibrillator mounting system)

*Use the power cord to connect the defibrillator to the power cord.

* Make sure the green light is on .

* Check if the battery is installed .

Pull the latch on the bottom of the device and remove the battery. Make sure it clicks into place when you insert it.

When the battery is installed, the amber - + LED (indicating the battery is charging) will flash each time the defibrillator is connected to the power cord. After 16 hours the battery is fully charged and the light stays on.

* Check that there is enough graph paper . The tape marks the last 3 meters of the roll
