real-time data application for improved trajectory accuracy, MES
system. iBA series ultrasonic welding machine is equipped with the
sixth generation IQS operating system, Ethernet connection,
multi-level password protection, and hierarchical authorization,
more controllable operation. Data support industry 4.0
applications.
Compared with the GW series, iBA is equipped with Dongho verified
Proportion Valve technology, a new electronic pressure measuring
tool, and a variety of welding modes. Supports four scanning guns
to collect mold and workpiece bar codes, data traceability, and
security requirements.

Many plastics of different materials can be ultrasonic welded, but
some plastics of the same material can not be ultrasonic welded.
It’s better to choose a larger power, the larger amplitude of the
ultrasonic welding equipment for materials which is more difficult
to weld according to the characteristics of the material and the
specific structure of the product. There are some products that
need to choose a higher frequency of the machine to achieve
welding. Specific needs professional technical personnel to judge.
