6063 High Purity 99.9% Aluminum Round Rod Wholesale For Instruction

Melting and casting includes melting, purification, impurity removal, degassing, slag removal and casting process. The main process is:
(1) Ingredients: According to the specific alloy grades that need to be produced, calculate the addition amount of various alloy components, and reasonably match various raw materials.
(2) Smelting: The prepared raw materials are put into the melting furnace for melting according to the process requirements, and the impurities and gases in the melt are effectively removed by means of degassing and slag removal and refining.
(3) Casting: Under certain casting process conditions, the smelted aluminum liquid is cooled and cast into round casting rods of various specifications through the deep well casting system.

Temper Description
F	As fabricated (no mechanical property limits specified)
O	Annealed - products achieving the required annealed properties after hot forming processes may be designated as O temper.
H112	Slightly strain-hardened from working at an elevated temperature from a limited amount of cold work (mechanical property limits specified).
T4	Solution heat-treated and naturally aged.
T5	Cooled from an elavated temperature shaping process and then artificially aged.
T651	Solution heat-treated, stress-relieved by controlled stretching (permanent set 0.5% to 3% for sheet, 1.5% to 3% for plate, 1% to 3% for rolled or cold finished rod and bar, 1% to 5% for hand or ring forging and rolled ring) and then artificially aged. The products receive no further straightening after stretching.
T6	Solution heat-treated and then artificially aged.
