Oil drilling mud shearing pump is a high efficiency equipment to handle drilling fluids. It is one kind of centrifugal pump holding special impeller. APJQB shear pump is designed to mix polymers and clays as well as other mud or solids material at a lower cost and higher efficiency. It can shear polymers and eliminate the fish eyes to prevent polymer chaning, which can't pass through the shaker screen.

Shearing pump can be set alone on mud tank or together with mixing hopper to be the jet shearing pumpl. We have introduced this in mixing hopper pump. The special design on shearing pump is the impller. There are sharp teeth knives at impeller edge/side. This design will help user to get the complete sheared materials for drilling mud. When we combine shear pump and the mixing hopper, that means the common centrifugal pump head replaced by shearing pump head holding the special impeller.
