Drilling muds are necessary to prevent the collapse of excavation walls in unstable soil. Muds are prepared by mixing bentonite powder with water in different ratios. Bentonite mud has excellent thixotropic properties, forming the cake a short time after mixing water+bentonite and releasing heat. Bentonitic muds are suspensions of very fine grain clay powder, mixing must be done in a certain way in order to achieve a colloidal suspension. There are also available polymeric muds, made by mixing water + chemical products, however so far bentonite mud is still of higher quality for all types of soil, and also polymeric muds cannot be pumped with common centrifugal pumps, since this would break the polymer chain.

The operation and maintenance of the Hunter H-G Dry Shaker are not difficult. The screen panel is easy to install and replace. We just need to knock off the wedges, pull the panels out from the deck, and put the new panels on the wedges, and knock them tight to make sure there's no damage. Therefore, the screen will not move to the deck, otherwise, the vibrating screen basket user will get good performance.

The vibrating screen motor adopts the famous brand OLI or MARTIN. Some clients require a higher level of configuration. Then the motor will use Italian vibrators imported from Italy. A high-quality motor will greatly contribute to stable performance and good results.

The Angle of the platform can be easily adjusted by simply turning the nut onto the top screw. The Angle should be adjusted according to the actual working condition. For example, when we need high flow, we need to make a small negative Angle or a deck parallel to the ground. If we need better filtration or more dry solids, please make a deck with an uphill Angle. Can rotate clockwise or counterclockwise
