Description

This machine is mainly used for automatic ear loop welding of KN95 mask.

After the mask body is put on the mould, it will be transport forward to the two mask ear band welding stations through an assembly line, the ear loop is cut and the ultrasonic welder weld it into the mask body. After the ear loop is welded, the mask is transported to be collected.
