( Please note that we have to ensure there is only one splice and
cut for each roll and then you will not waste the melt blown fabric
when you produce mask. So the length will be different for each

One 20 ft container can load about 160 cartons(320 rolls), the
weight is about 2.72 tons.

First step: Sponge gasket in the bottle of carton box to protect the melt
blown fabric.
Second step: Small PE bags package for each roll melt blown fabric, big PE bags
package for two roll melt blown fabric.
Third step : Thick Sponge gasket around the carton box to protect the melt
blown fabric and then tighten the PE bags strictly.
Fourth step: Thick Sponge gasket was covered in the top of melt blown fabric to
protect it and then put the marks in the top of the sponge gasket.
Fifth step: seal it strictly with tap to prevent the air.
