A: Generally, we will send confirmed samples according to your
requirement for your checking before bulk order. And we have
several staffs in QC Dep, who will check the materials and each
parts to make sure the production goes correctly, same as the
sample/requests. When the products are ready, we will take some to
our lab, to do a lot of quality test. What's more, before packing
it up, we will double check all products details, to ensure the
quality
Q: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes. Generally, we promise it 100% rebound within 6 months, for
most of our compressed products. And by usual use, we offer 5 years
warranty for our products.
Q: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, as we mentioned above, all of our products are produced
by strict quality control system and we requests it as 0% defective
rate
Secondly, during the guarantee time, if do have some faulty items
by our quality issues, we can provide a new ones by next order, for
