The mixing system is the core system of the concrete mixing plant.
We use the international advanced mandatory double horizontal shaft
JS series mixer. We adopt horizontal shafts forced the
international advanced JS series mixer, we obtain the shaft seal of
the national patent, to prevent leakage of slurry.The mixing blade
is made form high anti-abrasion alloy and its lifetime can reach
200000/times, no need to exchange always which lowed the cost.
PLB2400 batching machine as our aggregate batching system can carry
out the batching work in a range of three to six kinds of
aggregates including but not limited to sand, rocks, gravel,
potash, fly ash and cement automatically.The machine is composed of
feeding system,weighing system and electrical system.The main
parts:conveyor and hopper,conveyor is a belt feeder,with a
precisely weighing system(control level and signal sensor)

Scientific design, easy to maintain and durable
Replaceable frictional rubber coating roller and it can be
completed in half an hour. The water cleaning plus the five-pass in
addition to removing foreign body mode makes the belt not
vulnerable and the equipment more durable.
