Product Description


HDPE Ducts are suitable for installation in the field dirt trenches, under sidewalks, roads, within communication networks, between communication centers and between cities. They can also be used in branch networks between cells, distribution cabinets, poles, in walls and within subterranean networks of homes, allowing the insertion of optical or copper communication cables, as well as TV/cable aluminium co-axial cables. Cables can be inserted in through the pipe by blowing, with an internal air-pressure up to eight bars.

External surface is smooth, single-colored, with no scraps cracks and grooves.
Internal surface is ribbed or smooth with no scraps cracks or grooves. Standard quality of internal surface with additional solid permanently lubricated co-extruded (Silicore) to reduce coefficient friction to minimum. As per customer request, it is possible to coat the inner surface by NJ Plastik-tech Silicore permanent lubricant layer with different color.



Product appearance:


High density polyethylene (HDPE) Silicon Array Pipe`s inner and outer walls should be clean and smooth, not allowed to have bubbles, obvious scratches, dents, impurities, color inequity defects. Pipe ends shall be cut flat and perpendicular to the tube axis. The inner wall of silicon core should be tightly welded and no deform phenomenon. The outer wall of the silicon array pipe is clearly marked.
