Q:How long is your delivery time?
A:Generally it is 3-5 days if the sample is in stock,or it is 18-21
days.It is accordingto the quantity and designs.
Q:Can I see a sample for checking quality before I place the order?
A:Yes,we can send free sample(stock samples),you only need pay the
freight.
Q:Can you help me transport the goods?
A:Yes,we can, CIF,FOB are welcomed.
Q:Any Certificate?
A:All of our paper products comply with EU standard,we also have
SGS, ROHS,MSDS certificate.Any other lab test is welcome.
Q:I have my designer,but I don't have the template.
A:We could offer the template/die line for your designer fill the
design.
Q:I don't want be disturbed by anyone no matter the business is
done or not.
A:We will protect all customers private information,including
e-mail address, phone number etc.We will not send advertisement
without your permission.
Q:I'm a designer,how do you protect my customer's information and
my copyright?
A:We can sign a confidentiality agreement,we won't copy nor spread
your design and customer's information.
