Filling Machine
The machine combines washing, filling and capping three function in
a body, used to produce polyester bottled mineral water, purified
water, alcoholic beverage machinery and other non-gas beverage
machinery. the whole process is automatic, Filling way using the
gravity or micro pressure filling, makes the speed is faster and
more stable, so with the same model our machine output is higher
and more efficient. The machine adopts an advanced Mitsubishi
programmable controller (PLC) to control the machine to run
automatically, interworking with inverter running more stable and
reliable. the photoelectric sensor detects all part running state,
with high degree of automation , easy operation.
Filling part
1). The washing bottle, filling, sealing are connecting with the
thumbwheel card bottleneck transportation methods.
2). The rotating disk is all made of SUS304 stainless.
3). Filling valve manufactured by SUS304.
4). The filling valve structure design is reasonable, the filling
quantity is accurate.
Capping part
1). Place and capping system, electromagnetic capping heads, with
burden discharge function, make sure minimum bottle crash during
capping
