The ZPS series direct discharge screen is a new multi-purpose
screening machine, suitable for grading a large amount of fine granular materials
quickly.which has changed the original dual-motor structure. It adopts a
single horizontal vibration motor. The material running track can
be adjusted in various ways. The equipment adaptability is
significantly increased; the material is directly discharged ,
there is more processing capacity.
The working principle of the straight screen is the two sets of
eccentric blocks (unbalanced eccentric blocks) at the upper and
lower ends of the vibrating motor shaft,the rotation movement of
the vibrating motor is changed into multi-action force overlapping
of horizontal, vertical, inclined and centrifugal action, and then
this force is transmitted to the screen surface.Changing the phase
angle and weight of the upper and lower eccentric blocks can change
the magnitude of the exciting force and the movement trajectory of
the material.
The product is suitable for all kinds of powder, particle, liquid
screening and filtration industry, there are 600, 800, 1000, 1200,
1500 five models to choose from.This machine has passed the CE and ISO certification; in addition
