Description
Diamond plate may also be called tread plate, durbar floor plate or
checker plate. With a raised diamond pattern on one side, it is
typically made from aluminum or stainless steel and comes in a
range of thicknesses. Its weight is considerably light but still
robust, and it is very easy to clean. It also features non-skid
properties thanks to its raised surface, as well as corrosion
resistance. Owing to its excellent slip resistance and resilience,
diamond tread plate aluminum is used in a variety of high-traffic
industrial settings, for flooring, platforms and more. Diamond

Properties of Aluminum tread plates
Aluminum tread plates ccording to the different classification of
aluminum sheet alloy
1) the general tread aluminum alloy plate: 1060 aluminum plate for the plate from the processing of aluminum
alloy pattern plate, able to adapt to the normal environment, low
prices. Usually cold storage, flooring, packaging and more use of
this pattern aluminum sheet.
2)Al-Mn alloy tread plate: 3003 as the main raw material processing, the aluminum plate,
also known as rust-proof aluminum, the strength is slightly higher
than the ordinary aluminum alloy pattern plate, with a certain
anti-rust properties, but the hardness and corrosion resistance
Less than 5,000 series of pattern plate, so the product is not
