Products Description:
*ST-L31-0.5 and ST-L31-0.5B steel cord butt welding machines are
used for conventional steel cord.
*ST-L31-1.5 and ST-L31-3 steel cord butt welding machines are used
for large diameter steel cord(such as OTR steel cord).
Rigid and long-lasting construction for tough working conditions.
Equipment unit configuration
Butt-welding machine complete with:
(1). Annealing device with adjustable length;
(2). Sets of clamping jaws for the whole welded diameters range,
mechanical clamping and upsetting;
(3). Movable support frame with working table;
(4). LED lighting at the butt-welding machine;
(5). Electric driven type lever shear to cut the wire;
(6). Motorized grinding to remove burr from the welding seam;
(7). Connecting cable;

Our Butt welding machine can be used to weld high-carbow steel
wire, medium-carbon steel wire, low-carbon steel wire, stainless
steel wire, alloy steel wire and on-ferrous metal, copper alloy
line, aluminum alloy line and other similar materials.

*Electric Hammer- Stampimg the welded joint, ensure the welded
joint smooth.
*Tensile Strength Tester- Testing the welded joint's tensile
strength.
*Twisting Device- Twisting the loose steel cord conctructions
before welding, easier for welding.
*Grinding Machine- Polishing the extra welding scar of large
diameter steel cord(such as OTR steel cord).
