Description Of RO System

Reverse Osmosis is a technology used to remove a large majority of pollutants from water by passing the water through a semi-permeable membranes under pressure.
The water passed through the Reverse Osmosis membranes through the high pressure pump leaves 95-99% of the dissolved salts on the membrane and these contaminants are expelled from the concentrated waste water out of the membrane. The pressure required here varies by the salt concentration of the feed water. The higher the polluting concentration in the feed water, the higher pressure is required to overcome the osmotic pressure. The design is made by determining the appropriate equipment and working parameters in the line of the feed water characterization and the desired purified water quality.

The design of the system is according to the municipal water quality requirements. System configuration and setting can completely meet the requirement in water conditions, the energy-saving, simple operation and safety for the principle, And guarantee system can long-term and stable operation.

Main Function:

1. Manual or Auto Washing mode for RO Membrane.
2. On line manually wash RO Membrane with chemical.
3. Automatic stop when purified water is full.
4. Auto-stop when no water.
5. No voltage, under voltage, over current, short circuit, open circuit and current leakage protection.
6. Desalting Rate: 98%.

Procedure:
Raw water - raw water tank (user self-provided) - raw water pump- multi-media filter- activated carbon filter- precision filter, the reverse osmosis device - pure water storage tank (user self-provided)

RO pure water system
1. Import parts over 90%,water conductivity<10μm/cm.
2. Meet GMP Standard.
3. Will be test before shipping.

Technical Parameter
