Description:
Softening Temperature Test Equipment measuring instrument used in
polymer materials (typically a molecular weight greater than
10,000, including rubber, plastics,fibers,coatings, adhesives and
polymer matrix composites)thermal deformation, Vicat softening
point temperature.
"Determination of thermal deformation temperature " test means:
The test determines the temperature at which a specified deflection
occurs when a standard test specimen is subjected to a bending
stress, to produce one of the nominal surface stresses according to
international standards. This test is important for both quality
control and research into plastics.
"Vicat softening point temperature " test means:
The test determines the temperature at which a standard indenter
penetrates 1mm into the surface of a test specimen under load. It
is used to establish the difference between many types of
thermoplastic materials with regard to their softening properties.

Softening Temperature Tester uses computer control, LCD display of
temperature & deformation on the operation panel to set test
parameters and test results can be read and print.
During the test, the test temperature monitoring can be
implemented, test the deformation; This series of simple
structure,easy to operate,after the end of the experiment results
are automatically stored.Comply with IS075(E), IS0306 (E),
GB/T8802, GB/T1633, GB/T1634 and other standards.
