Q2. Where is your factory? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China,
about 1 hour train ride from Hong Kong. We warmly welcome domestic
and foreign merchants to visit us.
Q3. How well is your factory doing with quality control?
A: Quality comes first. People have always attached great
importance to quality control. Our factory has passed CB, RoHs
certification.
Q4. Do you have a minimum starting limit for smart cards?
A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available.
Q5. What about the lead time?
A: 3-5 days for sample preparation and 10-15 working days for mass
production.
Q6. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: Ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It takes 3-5 days to arrive.
