This production line is a fully automatic 1+2 mask machine, one
mask main body machine drives two ear loop welding machine.
1. The production process includes feeding of filter material,
folding and pressing, feeding of nose bridge clips, shaping and
cutting of the masks and welding of the ear bands.
2. Our production line is especially suitable for the production of
three layers of disposable masks and provides a high output of up
to 100,000 pieces/day. One-man operation is possible due to an
integrated intelligent operating system.
This machine adopts PLC, touch screen control, main conveyor belt

How is the machine automatic making 3 or 4 ply disposable flat
masks?
The whole roll of fabric is driven by rollers after unwinding, and
the fabric is automatically folded and hemmed; Nose strip will be
cut to length and guide into the hemmed fabric. Two sides
Ultrasonic welding and sealing edge of the mask, and cutting and
shaping by a cutter; Conveying the mask to the ear loop welding
stations through an assembly line, and finally forming the mask by
ultrasonic welding earloop; Mask is transported to the conveyor
belt for collection when the processing of mask making ended.
