The simple touch screen panel and the PLC control system are improving the automated level and the conveniences of operation and the final products will meet the standards of N95/P95. The material feeding system can automatically feed 2 to 6 layers such as melt-blown, non-woven fabric and filter materials in the whole roll. The machine can handle a series of processing which is more efficient compare to the traditional hand-crafting system.
