300L To 10000L Stainless Steel Conical Beer Fermenter Tanks Industrial Fermentation Equipment System

Stainless steel fermentation tanks are also called CCT’s(Cylindrical conical tanks), FV’s(fermentation vessel), primary fermentor or unitanks as they are used both for fermenting and largering. Fementing is the process during which the yeast transforms the wort into beer. Lagerings takes place after fermenting and is the time given to the beer to stabilize and age after fermenting.

Fermenter available from 1 Barrel to 100 Barrels with an average 25% Head Space. All tank have a Dish top , Cylinder body & 60 /70° Cone Bottom . Certified stainless steel material for all tanks, with 100% TIG welded joints and seams with sanitary interior polish. Dimple Plate jacket for Glycol cooling & high efficient Polyurethane foam insulated. All tanks use Tri-clamp connections, are designed for up to 14.7 PSI and tested at 30 PSI. We can custom fabricate any tank to meet your brewery’s space and height restrictions.

Beer container can be individually temperature controlled through glycol jackets and are mostly equipped with accessories such as over-pressure and under pressure valve(PVRV), CIP arm, sanitary sample calve, manway, etc, The design of fermenters is based on our vast beer knowledge and especially the conical beer 1000L stainless steel fermentation tanks bottom and the fact that we combine fermentation and maturation in the same vessel is very important. When calculating your fermenting& lagering capacity and configuration, sufficient time for fermenting and lagering to produce quality beers must be taken into consideration.


Fermenter technical note:
*The main material of beer fermentation tanks is SUS304 stainless steel sanitary;
*An upper stainless steeel dished head, the lower conical or dished bottom head to facilitated the discharge of yeast, 100% TIG welding, clean and polish;
*3-4 stainless steel tripod for the stainless steel beer container, height and level can be adjusted
*1000l stainless steel fermentation tanks inner wall thickness 3mm, heating preservation polyurethane foam, insulation thickness of 60-100mm, the thickness of the outer foreskin 2mm;
*Cleaning the inner surfaces of the beer fermentation tanks, polished to 0.4μm;
*Configuration the appropriate standard models sanitary clamp type connector according to the specifications of the tank;
*Configuration the vacuum valve / pressure relief, pressure gauge, thermometer, sampling valves, lifting lugs, side or top of the manhole, a full range of cleaning equipment CIP nozzle 306° fo the beer fermentation tank;
*Double glycol cooling takeover import and export, the refrigerant jacket is welded honeycomb Maitreya plate;
*With liquor outlet valve shaft
*Standard clamp-type hops added port;
*Electronic thermometer sensor interfaces
