Introduction of cutting process
Motorized Pre-cutting: It is used when changing the coil of raw
material; it can cut the coil rapidly and time-saving. Power: 1.5KW
Hydraulic Cutting after forming: Cut the sheet after roll forming
to required length
Cutting motion: The main machine automatically stops and the
cutting will take place. After the cutting, the main machine will
automatically start.
Material of blade: D3 with heat treatment HRC 60°±1.5°,Need to
provide the certificate when inspection machine.
Length measuring: Automatic length measuring
Tolerance of length: 3m+/- 1.5mm
