The cable tray forming machine is driven by double cantilever
gears, the width can be adjust continuously, the width can be
changed fast.
Function and Structure
The sheet after cutting can be transformed according to drawing, 16
steps. It is made up of AC motor, reducer, high-precision rolling
linear guide, right and left transmission box, lateral adjusting
device and rollers.
The machine base and transmission boxes adopt welded structure and
has stress relieve treatment. The gears adopts 45# steel hard
finishing and combination structure and FEA analysis, which can
promise the product precision.
The rollers are GCr15 and hardness is HRC 58-62. It is
high-precision, high hardness, hard precision and long lifetime.
