1, about feeding bottle.
Automatic arrange bottle feeding machine, after sorting, bottle
standing enter filling conveyer belt.
2, about filling system (Filling and capping parts).
a. Filling part:
Filling device adopts piston filling style, the filling head enter
into the bottle or at the bottle mouth or from the bottle button
start filling.
And the filling volume would be setting by each.
b. Capping part:
When finish filling, bottles enter the capping machine through the
transition conveyer. The anti-rotation mold on the capping machine
catches the bottle neck and keeps the bottle upright to prevent
rotation.
3, about labeling:
After capping, the bottle come out would add the labeling function,
also would add date code.
4, other packing:
Would base on customer require, would add working table or other
packing machine connect as well.
